Here is what you need to bring to your appointment in most circumstances:

You own the vehicle outright and each owner named on the title is present:

  • Current and valid vehicle registration.
  • The vehicle’s title. If your vehicle is titled in Florida and you have an electronic title, don’t worry as we’ll work with the DMV to obtain a physical title when you come in to sell your car.
  • Valid ID for each owner listed on the title. We accept US Federal, State and territory issued photo IDs. We can also accept foreign passports and some foreign issued IDs. If in doubt, give us a call.
  • All keys, manuals and other accessories that belong to the vehicle.

Your vehicle is financed or leased:

  • Current and valid vehicle registration.
  • The vehicle’s title, if you received it when you registered your vehicle with the state. In some states, lenders hold titles for financed vehicles. If the lender retained the title, we’ll obtain it directly from the lender when processing the pay-off. If you have received and lost your title, please give us a call.
  • Valid ID for each person on the registration. We accept US Federal, State and territory issued photo IDs. We can also accept foreign passports and some foreign issued IDs. If in doubt, give us a call.
  • Payoff information from the lender. To save time, we prefer lenders to fax a 10 day pay-off letter before the appointment. Otherwise, bring the lender’s name, phone number and account number.
  • All keys, manuals and other accessories that belong to the vehicle.
