Is there a transaction fee?

We offer a no-obligation service. There are no fees for your online valuation*, a 7 Day Offer*, when available, or our on-site inspection if you choose not to sell your car. Also, bringing your car to one of our branches for inspection or using our mobile buying service, when available, does not obligate you to sell. We may charge a documentation fee (e.g. titling) if you sell your car to us. There is a 2.5% credit card processing fee if we require payment from you in cases where you owe more to a finance company than the car is worth, as we pay off your vehicle loan.
