The Mitsubishi Diamante motor vehicle was manufactured between 1990 and 2005 by Mitsubishi Motors. The larger and more luxurious version of the Mitsubishi Magna, the Mitsubishi Diamante was launched to compete with other executive cars entering the market at the time including the Honda Legend. Three versions of the first generation Diamante have been released by Mitsubishi: the four-side window sedan, six-side window sedan and the Mitsubishi Diamante wagon.

The second generation Mitsubishi Diamante was released in 1995, and is slightly larger with more headroom than its predecessor. Engine sizes are available from 2.5 liter for the base engine, rising in increments to 2.5 liter and 3.0 liter, topping out at with the 3.5 liter MIVEC V6. Most second generation Mitsubishi Diamantes feature a long-distance lane-keeping system, satellite navigation technology on the center console and a five-speed automatic transmission. The exterior of the Mitsubishi Diamante was refreshed in 2002 and again in 2004, with the latest range of the vehicle offered to the market as a single engine option. Mitsubishi ceased production of the Diamante in 2005.
